My Approach
Due to the impacts of Covid-19, I have focused more on virtual training. My training courses are 16 hours that are divided into 4 days. This allows you time to reflect on the course information before or after your work day.
While teaching my courses, I like to use real-time examples of issues occurring in the food industry. This gives us the opportunity to apply the lesson and create discussion about real situations in our own environments.
AUDITS
As the sole auditor at F.P. Gushue & Associates Inc., I am able to provide valuable one-on-one service to clients. I combine all of my experience in the industry to help clients understand what is expected of them and their business in the food industry. By working with few clients at a time, I am able to provide close and accessible service.
IN PERSON TRAINING
I offer in-person classes tailored to course specific needs. These involve valuable class discussion and input. This is a teaching and learning experience that allows participants to gather, decipher, and apply the lesson to real life situations in the industry.
